Late Night Catharsis

These are simply the raw thoughts I bump into throughout the day and while writing. Don't think that this is the extent of me, what I write is only what I'm comfortable sharing with the world. This blog is not a substitute for knowing me personally just like reading the bible is not a substitute for knowing God personally. Talk to me. It'll be good for you. Comments are very welcome. I love hearing what people have to say about my stuff. Say something.

The Final Final!

That worship night was awesome. Maybe I should "organize" another one. We have some very talented and effecient people in C4C, you know that?
Maybe I should stop blogging about things days after they've happened. But how would that help me procrastinate now?

If there is anyone else out there who wants to procrastinate too, I give you full permission. C'mon in, set a spell, take your shoes off. You could even write us a poem in the comment section. Or a prose. Or a picture. Yes, that's it, write us a picture.

hey zoe,
very cute poem, very creative and something that would look like a nice silkscreen print. i like to procrastinate too, especially when I have to buy presents (birthday wedding or christmas) i think its more efficent to put it to the last minute, then you don't have time to second guess what you get..lol.. your hair looks so cute, i like how its short and curly

And so, dear time, it draggeth on,
As all the students moan and yawn,
Some short an hour, some short a day,
Some comatose on textbooks lay.

Number 2 pencils and Scan-tron sheets,
Hours of study and last minute feats
Of brilliance, of insight, what sense of completion...
As post-exam stress slips away with the season.

Oh Christmas exams, what a paradox plight,
The joy of the snow, the stillness of night...
Consumed by equations and essays and more,
As break-eager students study indoors.

Usher in egg nog, cookies and pies,
The family, the feasting, the sleep and the sighs
Of relaxation at last ~ hard-earned, long-expected.
Merry Christmas, dear friends, may you soon be well rested.
